Our dogs are part of our family and live in our home, watch TV with us and often share our furniture. We fell in love with this breed after much research and encourage you to do the same. Bullmastiffs are not for everyone. They are a 10 year or more commitment and can be a costly endeavor. They will bring great joy to those who are willing to put in the time that is required for obedience training and yet they can also bring many challenges as well.
HeartsLuv Bullmastiffs was awarded the American Kennel Club Breeder of Merit Distinction in 2010. The AKC Breeder of Merit sets us apart from other breeders in the view of the American Kennel Club as a breeder who is a member of our parent breed club, has bred numerous AKC Champions and preforms the breed appropriate health clearances on the dogs that we own and breed. We stay very close to those we have placed our puppies with and continue to mentor them in all aspects of their bullmastiffs growth and developement throughout the dogs life.
HeartsLuv was established in 1999 after we acquired our first Bullmastiff, Arazzmatazz. In 2008 our Dachshund who past away after just 16 short years taught all of the big dogs that "size doesn't matter". Our dogs take turns sleeping in crates and sleeping in our bed room. We do not have a kennel building, everyone lives in the house with us and plays in the fenced in yards on our farm. We spend one on one time with our dogs and travel to AKC conformation shows as time allows.
I am a member of the American Bullmastiff Association as well as the Midwest Bullmastiff Fanciers and the Magic Valley Kennel Club and have been involve in conformation showing, obedience training, and have conducted private and group conformation training classes.
HeartsLuv Bullmastiffs will only breed on a limited basis and only to produce what we consider to be the highest quality, healthiest possible dogs that we feel we can be proud of.
